I Lewis Jackson of the County of Greensville (sic) being of sound mind do make constitute and ordain this to be my last will and Testament revoking all others by me heretofore made by me Imprimis I lend to my two sons James and Mark Jackson all my Estate both real and personal during their lives. Item It is my will and desire that my Extrs hereafter named shall at any time during the lives of my aforesaid son sons sell any part of my estate should it be requisite towards their maintenance or support. Item It is my will and desire that my two sons aforesaid should continue to live on my plantation and that this estate be kept together. Item It is my will and desire that all of the estate that shall remain at the death of my aforesaid sons shall be equally divided between my sons Lewis and Stephen Jackson.
