BRUNSWICK COUNTY, VIRGINIA - WILLS I S.W. Clary of the State of Virginia and the county of Brunswick, being of sound mind and memory do make publish and declare this to be my last will and testament to wit: First, All my just debts and funeral expenses to be paid. Second, I give devise and bequeath all the rest residue and remainder of my estate both real and personal to my beloved wife, (Wavie Viola Clary) to have and to hold to her , my said wife and to her heirs and assigns forever. Third, I nominate my said wife and my daughter Florence Love Clary to the Executors of this my last will and testament to wit: that this my said wife and daughter shall have full power without bond of this my last will, to use it for their support and the support of my three children namely: Florence Love, Fleety Odel and Glenie Berkley Clary and at the death of my said wife the rest remainder and residue of my estate to be equally divided between my three children namely Florence Love Clary, Fleety Odel Clary, Glenie Barkley Clary. To have and to hold in fee simple to handle as they please, thereby revoking all former wills by me made. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this the 9th day of October 1930. Clary, deceased who died on April 20, 1931 was produced in said office and proved by the oaths of J.E. Braswell and G.H. Lynch the subscribing witnesses thereto, and ordered to be recorded as the true last will and testament of S.W.Clary deceased.
