Williams Cemetery Location: 1.6 miles west of Penlan, Virginia, on Route #671, thence 1 mile south on private road. Buckingham County DATE: 1849. Oldest grave marker. OWNERS: This cemetery has remained the property of Jacob Agee’s heirs down through the years. It is now owned by Clinton Baber, a grand Grandson of Jacob Agee. DESCRIPTION: This graveyard is located in a large body of oak woods. There is no fence of any description. HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: There were many graves but only one marker remains, a large marble slab, part of the inscription on the tomb is not visible.
