Thence .2 mile south on Route #638. Thence west .6 mile on private road through body of pine trees leading to graveyard. Buckingham County DATE: About 1875 OWNERS: William Bondurant. Burrus Land and Lumber Company, present owner. (1937) DESCRIPTION: This old family burying ground once the pride of the Bondurant family is now a neglected place, located in a body of woods owned by a lumber company. The old Bondurant home has disappeared many years ago. The graveyard is full of bushes and wild vines of all kinds. There are a number of old graves there but there are only two with inscriptions. HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: There are only two graves with inscriptions. There are of two of the Bondurant sisters who married the same man, E. Van Anderson. In Memory of Lou B. Wife of E.V.
