Williams Cemetery Location: .75 mile northwest of Katrine, Virginia, on Route #648, cemetery about .3 mile east of highway. Buckingham County DATE: 1815 OWNERS: This cemetery was reserved by the Christian family when the place was sold and is being used at the present as a burying ground for the descendants of the Christian family. DESCRIPTION: This cemetery is beautifully kept by descendants of the Christian family. It is enclosed by an iron fence and many lovely flowers and shrubs may be found within this enclosure. Only one stone of early date with any inscription and that is thought to have been Charles Christian. It was of slate and that had broken, but was able to get the inscription.
