Williams Cemetery Location: .25 mile east of Penlan, Virginia, on Route #671; thence .5 mile south (right) on private road leading to cemetery. Buckingham County DATE: 1867, date of oldest grave marker. OWNERS: Cemetery reserved by Mitchell’s and their ancestors. DESCRIPTION: There are only two graves in this cemetery with markers. One marker for both graves. The cemetery is over run with vines, and underbrush of all kinds. No one looks after same. It is enclosed by a small iron fence. HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Martha A.
