I Elizabeth Housewright of  the County of 
Buckingham do make this my last Will and Testament
First I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid.
Secondly I give and bequeath to A. Trent Mosley 
trustee my whole estate of every description 
real personal and mixed, upon trust that he 
shall hold the same for the separate use of my 
daughters who may be living at my death.  And if 
at my death any one or more of my daughters 
whether married or single should be without a 
home, such daughter or daughters shall be 
permitted to occupy and enjoy my property real 
and personal, so long as she or they may 
continue so destitute of a home , even if such 
destitution continues during her or their lives; 
and if at any time during that time any other of 
my daughters should become destitute of a home 
she or they are to be permitted to share in the 
occupancy use and enjoyment of the said property 
, during the continuance of their 
destitution.  And during such occupancy and 
enjoyment of said property it is to be for the 
exclusive use of such of my daughters as may 
thus occupy and enjoy it ­ those otherwise 
provided with homes to have no interest whatever 
in the use thereof.  And if at any time there be 
none of my daughters so destitute, or though 
being so, if they desire it, my whole estate 
shall be divided equally among all my daughters 
and the descendants of such as may be dead the 
shares thereof which shall go to any daughter 
whose husband may be then living to be held by 
said trustee for her separate use and the 
descendants of such of my daughters as may be 
dead to take only such shares as their mother or 
mothers would have taken if alive.
Lastly I appoint the said A. Trent Mosley 
Executor of this Will.  Witness my hand this 16th day of May 1867.

At a Court held for Buckingham County, July 11, 
1870.  This paper writing purporting to be the 
last Will and Testament of Elizabeth Housewright 
, decd. was this day produced in Court, and 
proved by the oath of M.W. Tompkins one of the 
subscribing witness thereto: And at another day 
to wit At a Court [?] and held for said County, 
Nov. 18, 1870.  The said will was further proved 
by the oath of W.D.F. Jarvis, the other 
subscribing witness thereto, and ordered to be recorded.
