Sam Dinwiddie 1918-1938 HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: John Dinwiddie and Sarah Cunningham Dinwiddie are buried in the family graveyard on the place. Theirs are the oldest inscribed tombstones and read as follows: Father John W. Dinwiddie Born October 11, 1839 Married December 11, 1867 Died June 11, 1905 Mother Sarah E. Cunningham Wife of J.W.
