CALLAHAN of the one part and Tyree CALLAHAN of the other part, both of the County of Campbell witnesseth that in consideration of the sum of one dollar in hand paid, the said John I CALLAHAN doth grant unto the said Tyree CALLAHAN all of his interest and title in a certain tract of land lying and being in the County of Campbell, containing one hundred and five acres more or less which said land was willed to the said John I CALLAHAN for his lifetime by the last will and testment of Martin MASON deceased , the same title, the said John I CALLAHAN is to defend unto the said Tyree CALLAHAN and his heirs as long as he (the said John I CALLAHAN ) shall live.
