Obituary of James Eugene (Gene) Wells

James Eugene (Gene) Wells, 56 of Route 1, Rustburg, Virginia, died Monday,
March 12, 1990, in Lynchburg General Hospital. He was the husband of
Josephine Graybell Wells.

Born in Kings Mountain, N.C., he was the son of John Henderson Wells and
Jessie Heatherley Wells of Rustburg. He was a clerk for the CSX (C&O)
railroad and owner of Circle A Used Car Sales.

In addition to his wife and parents he is survived by one son, Ryan E.
Wells and one daughter, Brandi J. Wells, both of Rustburg.

A funeral service will be conducted at 1 PM  Thursday in Whitten Timberlake
Chapel by the Rev. Marie Buffaloe, witth interment in Salem United
Methodist Church Cemetery.
