James Sacra(?r)  is exsempted from payment of the county Levy  An
Inventory of appraisment of the Estate of John D. George was
returned..ordered to be recorded.  The last will and testament of
Thomas Sullengen dec, was proved by 2Witnesses and ordered to be recorded.
On  motion of the Executors there is named certificate  granted by them
for obtaining a probate there after  they having taken the Oath prescribed
by law and acknowledged a bond whish is ordered to be recorded.  Ordered
that  David Stern, William Roe, Philip Jones and Joseph Timberlakeor any 3
of them being first sworn appraise the estate of Thomas Sullenger,dec,
according to law.  John Baily is allowed 5 thousand pounds for acting as
commissary of the grain tax of the Bowling Green  John Brand is allowed
4 thousand pounds for acting as commissary of the grain Tax at  Port Royal
 On motion of John Long certificate is granted him for obtaining letters
of administration on the estate of Thomas Adams. dec  he having taken the
oath prescribed by law and adknowledged a bond which is ordered to be
recinded.

Ordered that John Hoames (?sp), Mungo Croy (?sp) Gents. Richard Woolfolk &
Charles Woolfolk or any three of them being first sworn appraise the
estate of thomas Adams dec. acording to law.

On motion of Catharine Bullard certificate is granted her of obtaining
letters of administration on the estate of Reuben Bullard dec.  She having
taken the oath perscribed by law and acknowledged in bond which ....
....... to be recorded.

Ordered that Payton Stern, William (?)oe , Richard and  Shepford Davis
Stern or any 3 of them being first sworn appraise the estate of Reuben
Bullard dec. according to law.

In appearing  to the court that little pages Bridge was finished and
received last November orders that the Treasurer pay John Hord this
county's portion of 9 thousand pounds of Tobacco.
