CHANCERY SUITS PAGES 109 AND 110
Sutton, Jonh vs William Guy'[s administrator, Francis Guy
Joseph Sutton states that on 12 Jan 1807 he agreed to purchase 100 acres from
William Guy and William Guy died before he could recrive a title to the land.
Frances Guy, widow of William Guy, is suing for payment for the land for
hirself and Henry Guy, Elizabeth Guy, Frances Guy, William Guy, Warner Guy
Frankliin Guy, Thomas Guy, Samuel Guy, May Ann Guy, and Margaret Guy, children
and heirs of the said William Guy. Frances, William, Warner, Franklin, Thomas,
Samuel, Mary Ann, and Margaret are infants.
Nov. 1809

Frances Guy states that William Guy died before May 1807 and Alben Rawlins who
held one of the payment for the land, died before May1807. 1 Oct. 1810
