Deed 47-412-413 Self, Wm (fr) Chenault, John and wife

This indenture made and entered into this 12th day of 
April A.D. one thousand eight hundred and fifty two, 
between John Chenault and Catherine his wife of the one
part, and William Self of the other all of the county of 
Caroline and State of Virginia. Witness, that for and in 
consideration of the sum of one hundred and fifth dollars
to them the said Chenault and Catherine his wife in hand 
paid by the said Self at and before the unsealing and 
delivery of these present, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, they the said Chenault and Catherine his wife
have granted, bargained sold and confirmed unto the said 
Self a certain tract or parcel of land lying and
being in the county aforesaid containing 15 acres.
