Witness, that for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and fifth dollars to them the said Chenault and Catherine his wife in hand paid by the said Self at and before the unsealing and delivery of these present, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, they the said Chenault and Catherine his wife have granted, bargained sold and confirmed unto the said Self a certain tract or parcel of land lying and being in the county aforesaid containing 15 acres.
