Will of James Taylor found in Campbell Co. Ky. Will Bk. A p. 224 rerecorded.

James TAYLOR will A-224 James Taylor of Parish of St. Mary's and county of
Caroline (prob. Va.) wife Eliza Taylor my pair of carriage horses and
charriot. Mentions "our marriage contract". My son Hubbard to have slave Dick.
My son James Taylor. Son Reuben Thornton Taylor. Heirs of my son Edmund
Taylor. My daughters Lucy, Elizabeth, Alice Ann and Mary Tood and their heirs.
Such negroes formerly given to my dau. Ann to be considered part of her
deceased husband's estate. 4 Negroes - Daniel, Humphry, Sally and Charity to
be given to daughter Ann as her absolute property. Written Nov. 12, 1811
Witnesses John CONWAY , John BATTARLE, Wm. Beverley, Thomas CONWAY, Henry
THORNTON. Proved Court April 1814.
