Note:  I have a death certificate for Mary Magdiline Stoots, b. 26 Nov 1916,
d. 28 Nov 1916 saying she not matured and was buried in the Frazier Cemetery
on 30 Nov 1916.  Her parents are listed as Elve C. Frazier & Duey Stoots.  I
found a record that these persons married 3 May 1916 at ages 17 & 19.
Elve's parents were Lucy Grimes and William Tommie Frazier.  Arthur Dewy
Stoots parents were Harriett Jane Alley & John Stoots.
