William Kyle Commishioned as Judge for Carroll Co. VA, 1885

Virginia - In Vacation of Carroll Co. Court at Hillsville, Dec 28, 1885.

    William Kyle this day produced a Commission from under the hand of 
William E. Cameron, Governor of the Commmonwealth of Virginia bearing the 
date December 21, 1885 the  ____ or seal of the said Commonwealth annexed, 
Commissioned him the said Kyle, Judge of the County Court of Carroll County 
for the term prescribed by law, Commencing January 1, 1880 and also produced
the oath of office prescribed by, subscribed, sworn to by said Kyle, this 
day before W.N. Sunthland, Clerk of this said County, which fact is ordered 
to be entered of record and the said oath of office and this order filed 
(by) said Clerk.
