The said Land being due unto the said William Bird by Purchase from William Havet who patented the same the 7th of April 1653. and renewed by Order of the Quarter Court bearing date with these presents and also retaken up by new rights by and for the Transportation of Six Persons into this Colony &c. To Have and To Hold &c. yielding &c paying &c. which payments is to be &c. dated the 7th day of June 1656.
