Lock and Susan his wife in consideration of the sum of twenty five dollars of Lawful money of Virginia to them in hand paid by the said William A. Bradberry at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledge have bargained and sold and by these presents do and each of them doth bargain and sell unto the said William A. Bradberry his heirs and assigns all ther Right and title in a certain tract or parcel of land lying and being in the county of Charlotte and state of Virginia on the head watters of Malone Creek and bounded as follows on the East by William Watson, on the West by Eldridge Carter containing seventy five acres be the same more or less together with all estate right title interest and property claim and demand whatever of them the said William G. Lock and Susan his wife, in law or equity or other wise how ever of in to or out of the same to have and to hold the said lot peace or parsel of land and every part and parcel thereof with their appurtenance unto the said William A. Bradberry his heirs and assigns forever - and unto the only proper use and behoof of him the said William A. Bradberry his heirs and assigns forever and the said William G.
