No. 49 p. 59, Nannie W. Harvey conveyed unto Watt Guy a certain tract of land lying in Madison district, Charlotte Co., VA on the waters of Franklin's Mill POnd, containing seventy (70) acres, as per survey of S.S. Swan, Surveyor, it being one of the tracts of land allotted to in the chancery causes of Julia A Harvey vs. Wm. Harvey and Wm. T. Harvey vs Thomas Harvey, Trustee, plat and survey of which is of record in the aforsaid Clerk's Office in D.B. No. 47 pg 460: and , Whereas, by deed dated Sept. 20th 1907, of record in the aforesaid Clerk's Office in D.B. No. 55 p. 204, the said Watt Guy conveyed unto R.N. Williams 65 3/4 acres of said land as per plat and survey, therewith recorded; and , Whereas, the said Watt Guy is still the owner in fee simple of 4 1/4 acres of said tract of 70 Acres, and has sold said 4 1/4 acres to Irvin Davis.
