Written: 1795

This Indenture made third day of October one thousand seven hundred & 
ninety-five Between Henry Robertson of Charlotte County of the one part and 
Archer Farley of the said county witnesseth that the said Henry Robertson 
for & in consideration of eighty one pounds current money of Virginia doth 
make the said Archer Farley a good & lawful right to a certain Tract of
land in the same County on Blue Stone Creek containing 40 1/2 acres being 
the same (more or less) Bounded by lines of said Roberson, Mary Farley the 
said Archer Farley & others.
To have and to hold the said tract or parcel of Land with....

Note: Archer Farley married Henry Robertson's daughter Dec 26, 1789 in Charlotte Co.
