Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Thursday, May 25, 1995 
Gladys Gay Woodard of the 2600 block of Hemple St., formerly of Norfolk, died
Monday, May 22, 1995.

She was daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Odie M. Gay Sr. She was a member of
First Baptist Church Bute Street, Norfolk, and its Usher Board and Missionary
Society.

She is survived by one brother, Odie M. Gay Jr.; two cousins; a sister-in-law; a
niece; four nephews; and other family and friends.

A funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday in First Baptist Church
Bute Street by Dr. Robert G. Murray. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial
Cemetery. Viewing will be from noon to 8 p.m. Friday. Pretlow & Sons Funeral
Home, Chesapeake, is in charge.
