Witness that in consideration of the sum of fifty five dollars which has been made sure to the said Creed Berry by the said Robert Berry, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath bargained and sold and by these presents doth bargain and sell unto the said Robert Berry, his heirs and assigns forever, fifteen acres of land, more or less, lying in the said County of Chesterfield, bounded in the following manner: Viz. Beginning at the corner Wills----- the North back of Nottoway branch in Charles Burton=s line and thence with the Charles Burton=s line to a corner Dogwood, being the corner between the said Burton and _________ Dance, thence with the said Dance=s and Alexander Gibb=s line to William Cousin=s on A. Gibb=s line, thence with the said Cousin=s line to a corner white oak, which ___ the corner between the said Creed Berry and the above named Robert Berry, and said corner white oak to the beginning together with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any way appertaining and to the revision and revisions and remainder and remainders and profits thereof and also all the rights, title, interest ____ demand whatsoever of them the said Creed Berry and his wife, Mary, and their heirs and assigns forever.
