"Henry Randolph, and Caroline Matilda, his wife, of the Co. of Chesterfield,
Deed to John Dunsmire of the City of Richmond. $300, a lot of about 3 acres,
exepting the grave yard, situated in the town of Chester, in the Co. of
Chesterfield, sd. lot was recently purchased of Daniel BROADIE by the sd.
Henry Randolph. July 23, 1808. "

"Henry Randolph of the co. of Chesterfield, Deed from Daniel BROADIE of same
Co., and Sarah, his wife, $300. Reversionary rights in certain houses and lots
in the town of Chester, in the Co. of Chesterfield. May 19, 1808."
