Signed: William Monk for Joseph Monk Signed in the presence of Joseph Monk the penshioner who is blind in my presence. Ms T. F? G?orlands **unreadable statement on bottom, but could make out that Thomas Monk was blind. No certification of regiment, injury, or Governor's putting him on list. Monk received $100 dollars yearly as his Revolutionary pension which was signed for by his son William.
