In the Name of God Amen I Stephen Beasley Jun'r. of the County of Chesterfield being sick and weak but of sound and perfect memory Thanks be to God do make this my last Will and Testament that is to say- First I recommend my Soul to God who gave it trusting for Mercy through the Merits and Intercession of my Saviour Jesus Christ and as to my worldly affairs I give as follows, to wit: Item I give and devise to my Father Stephen Beasley and to his Heirs for ever all the Land I am Possessed of And all the rest of my Estate of what kind soever I give to be equally divided betwixt my Brothers and Sisters Share and Share alike To them and their Heirs forever.
