In the Name of God Amen,I Tabitha Beasley in the County of Chesterfield being sickly in Body but of perfect mind & memory blessed be God for it and calling to mind the uncertainty of this transitory life and that all flesh must yield to Death when it Shall please God to call do make constitute ordain & declare this my last Will & Testament in manner & form following revoking & disanuling by thease presents all and every testament and testaments Will & Wills heretofore by me made and declared either by word or writing and this to be taken only for my last Will & Testament and none other and as touching my worldly Estate I give as followeth Imprimis I give unto my Son in Law Samuel Hatcher two Negroes to wit Amey and Daniel. Item. I give unto my Grandaughter Ann Beasley the daughter of Thomas Beasley one Negro Girl named Nell the s'd Nell to go with her Mother Amy to my daughter Obedience Hatcher till my Grandaughter Ann Beasley arive at the age of Seven years at which time I desire Ann Beasley may have the Girl Nell in her possession. If Ann Beasley Should Die under that age or unmarried then the Girl Nell to fall to Ann Beasleys next Brother or Sister. Item. I give unto William Cogbill Twenty pounds current money to be paid out of my Estate by my Executor hereafter named. Item. I give unto my Grandaughter Tabitha Beasley the daughter of Benjamin Beasley one pair of Silver Shoe Buckles and one Gold Ring. Item. I give unto my Grandaughter Mary Bass one Gold Ring. Item. I give unto my daughter Frances Bass my Side Saddle and Saddle Cover & Bridle. Item. I give unto my son Peter Beasley one Shilling Sterling. Item. I give unto ny Son Thomas Beasley one Shilling Sterling. Item. I give unto my daughter Ann Edwards one Shilling Sterling. Item. I give unto my Son Benjamin Beasley one Shilling Sterling, and do ordain him my full & sole Executor of this my last Will & Testament.
