I Martha Beasley of Chesterfield County and the State of Virginia, being of sound mind and disposing disposition do make and ordain this my last Will & Testament in manner and form following, viz, 1st. I give unto my son John Beasley ten dollars, to him and his heirs. 2nd. I lend unto Tamson(?) Beasley wife of John Beasley all my interest in the tract of land whereon the said John Beasley lives, and at her death, I give the said interest in the land with all its appurtenances unto my two grand children, viz, William P. Beasley and Mary S. Wooldridge equally to be divided between them to them and their heirs. 3rd. I give unto my grandson William P. Beasley the tract of land whereon I now live to him and his heirs. 4th. I give unto my grand daughter Mary S. Wooldridge all my household and kitchen furniture of any descripton, to her and her heirs. The residue and remainder of my estate of any description I give unto my grand daughter Mary S. Wooldridge, to her and her heirs. Lastly I appoint my son John Beasley and John Wooldridge administrators of this my last Will and Testament, whereunto I have set my hand and fixed my seal this seventh day of September in the year one thousand eight hundred and thirty five. Wilder Spencer Fowler Mildred Wilder In Chesterfield County Court December 12th,1836, The last Will & Testament of Martha Beasley deceased, was produced in Court, and proved by the oath of Spencer Fowler a subscribing witness and continued.-And in said Court January 9th 1837, the said Will was again produced in Court, and proved by the oath of John H.
