Beasley - 1890 (Will Book 28, page 236, Chesterfield Co.VA.) In the name of God, Amen. I Henry T. Beasley being of Sound mind and disposing memory do make this my last Will and Testament as follows. 1st. I desire all of my just debts and funeral expenses to be paid out of my estate both real and personal. 2nd. I give and bequeath unto John W. Beasley all the rest and residue of my estate both real and personal with the exceptions of the grave yard with an addition of twenty (20) feet on the North side, which is to be used as a family burrying ground, I hereby constitute and appoint John W. Beasley as my executor of this my last will and testament and request the Court to allow him to qualify without being required to give security.
