I John Beazley of the County of Chesterfield and State of Virginia being in sound mind do make and ordain this my last will and testament in manner and form following I give unto my daughter Mary Wooldridge the sum of Five Dollars cash to her and her heirs & assigns forever. I give unto my wife Mary T. Beazley all the balance of my money and money due me to her and her heirs and assigns forever. I give unto my wife Mary T. Beazley all my perishable property of every description whatsoever to her and heirs or assigns forever. I also give unto my wife Mary T. Beazley one tract or parcel of land called Chalkleys supposed to be fifty acres more or less to her and her heirs or assigns forever. I lend unto my wife Mary T. Beazley all the balance of my land during her life, with the privilege of cutting and selling wood and timber for her support and if the County Court of Chesterfield County shall first find it necessary to sell part or all said lent land for the support of my wife Mary T. Beazley, I leave the said Court full power to sell said land but if the said Court shall not find it necessary to sell said land for my wifes support I then give unto my two Grandsons Chamberlain W. Wooldridge and Larry(?)S. Wooldridge my tract of land called shands(?). suposed to be ninety six acres more or less equally between them and their heirs or assigns forever. I also then give unto my Grandson William __ Beazley my tract of land called Patty Furgesons to him and his heirs or assigns forever. I leave my wife Mary T. Beazley my Executrix without giving any account whatsoever as witness my hand and seal this sixteenth day of March one thousand Eight hundred and sixty four. John Beazley (Seal) Teste Zh_ D. Patram(?) R.S. Morriss In Chesterfield County Court Oct.10th 1864. The last will and testament of Jno. Beazley decd. was presented in Court & proved by the oath of Zh_ D. Patram(?) a subscribing witness thereto and continued for further proof. 1865 August the 14th was again presented into Court and fully proved by the oath of R.E.
