Estate to be kept together for schooling and maintenance of wife and children.
When youngest 
child is 21, the estate is to be divided among my 10 children: 
Polly Elam, Betsy Elam, Edward Wooldridge Elam, William Green Elam, Pleasants
Elam, Nancy Elam, 
Patsy Elam, Richard Elam, John Elam and Joseph Elam. 
To sons Edward, William, Pleasants Elam, Richard and John, my land on Swift
Creek purchased 
of Robert Wooldridge and Josiah Jackson, 500 acres, equally 
To son Joseph, land I live after my wife's death 
To wife Phebe, use of my plantation for life 
To William Flournoy, Jr., a small tract of swamp land between Tomahawk Creek
and Genato Road 
Executors: William Flournoy, Jr., Edward Bass, Richard Elam
