Lend to wife Mary, land and plantation I live on, then to daughter Sallie
Elam, but if Sallie 
dies without issue, then to my three brothers William Elam, Robert Elam and
Thomas Elam, 
equally  
To my brother William Elam, my land in Kentucky on waters of Licking, being
land I had of my 
uncle Robert Wooldridge, 250 acres 
Executors: William Flournoy (son of Francis) and brother William Elam
