At death of my wife the negro Soil is to be divided between my daughters Maryann Baugh and Bettsa Elam To son Richard Elam, Phebe Cheatham, Sally Gordon and Patience Smith, 2 negroes, equally Rest of estate equally among my children: Richard Elam, Phebe Cheatham, Sally Gordon, Patience Smith, Maryann Baugh and Bettsa Elam.
