I moses Fargusson of the County of Chesterfield and State of Virginia do make and ordain this my last will and testament in manner and form following _ ___ to be sold by my Executors hereafter mentioned for the highest price that can be obtained I want all perishonerable property to pay my just debts as far as twill go, and in case there is not enough to rent out my tract of land till my debts are paid. Item I give and bequeath unto my daughter Elizabeth Clark halfe my land that I own to her and heir heirs forever. & I lone the other halfe of my land to my daughter Mary T. Baugh so long as she lives, and after her death to Elizabeth Clark and her heirs forever. & I do hereby constitute and appoint Hatcher Clark and Henry A. Clark as Executors to this my last Will and Testament without security. In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this second day of April one thousand eight hundred and fifty. The last Will and Testament of Moses Fargusson deceased was presented in Court and proved by the oath of H.A. Clark and Tho's. D. Patram subscribing Witnesses thereto and ordered to be recorded. On motion of Hatcher Clark an Executor in said Will named who entered into Court without security (none being required) conditioned as the law directs and took the oath required by law Certificate is granted him for obtaining probat of said Will in due form.
