In the name of God Amen I Peter Moseley of the County of Chesterfield being weak in Body but of sound mind and memory thanks be to Almighty God for the same do make constitute and ordain this my last will and testament revoking all others. And as it hath pleased Almighty God to bless me with a few worldly goods, I shall dispose of them in the following manner to wit: First I give devise and bequeath to my grandson Littleberry W. Wilkinson two hundred dollars in cash at the division of my Estate. Secondly and lastly my will and desire is that the balance of my estate Both real and Personal be equally divided between my four children (to wit:) Richard T. Moseley, Mary B. Moseley, Nancy M. Belcher & Judith P. Hobbs. I do hereby appoint my son Richard T. Moseley hole and sole administrator to this my last will & Testament without giving any security. The last will and Testament of Peter Moseley deceased was presented in Court and proved by the oath of William H. Clayton and Benjamin Gill subscribing witnesses and ordered to be recorded. On the motion of Richard T. Moseley an executor in the said will named who made oath thereto and entered into bond without security (none being required) conditioned as the law directs a certificate is granted him for obtaining probat in due form.
