The name of Thomas' wife is not known. She must have died prior to January 1803 when Thomas made his Will. Thomas names six children in his Will. All were married but two youngest daughters Martha and Tabitha and no marriage record found to date for either. His son Thomas married twice first to Dicey Mann in 1801 and second to Lavinia Wyatt in 1810. His daughter Phebe married William Puckett in 1788 and Susannah married Stanton Blankenship in 1792. Finally Elizabeth Perdue married John Patram in Chesterfield in 1796 and was the mother of the grandson Archer Patram mentioned in Thomas' Will.
