Item. It is my desire that my land and plantation in Chesterfield county with all other of my estate both real and personal be sold and equally divided between my eight children; Sarah Perdue, Delphy Perdue, Jency Perdue, Paskill Perdue, Olley Perdue, Nancy Perdue, Josiah Perdue and Isham Perdue to them and their heirs forever. Item. It is my desire that my estate be not appraised. Item. I do hereby constitue my trusty friend Isham Clay and my brother John Perdue executors of this my last Will and Testament revoking all others by me made in witness my hand and seal this 1 day of July 1894.
