In the Name of God Amen,I William Worsham of the County of Chesterfield & parish of Dale (Virginia) being in perfect mind and memory thanks to Almighty God, do make & ordain this my last Will & Testament in manner and form as follows (viz). First I desire that all my just debts be paid and discharged. ITEM. I give to my loving wife B__samond Worsham all my Real and Personal Estate during her natural life. I give my son Daniel Worsham, Twenty Shillings. ITEM. I give my son William all the land I have in Chesterfield County, with One Hundred Acres of Land on Wolf Branch in Amelia County with the following Negroes, Old Tammy, and Bob a boy, and one third of the Cattle to him and his Heirs forever. ITEM. I give my daughter Ann Dison, the following Negroes Jack, Jane, with one third of the Cattle, & half of the Sheep to her & her Heirs forever. ITEM. I give my daughter Frances Rowlet the following Negroes, Young Tammy, Dilcy & Moll, with one third of the Cattle & half of the Sheep to her and her Heirs forever. ITEM. I give my Grand Daughter Eliz'a. Dison a Negro Girl named Patt to heir and her Heirs forever the rest of my Estate not mentioned I give to my Daughters Ann Dison, Frances Rowlet & Eliz. Dison to be equally divided, to them & their Heirs forever, I desire my Estate be not appraised.I appoint William Worsham & Josep Rowlet to my Executors.
