In The Name of God Amen I Essex Worsham of Chesterfield County being sick and weak of body though of sound and perfect mind and memory do make ordain constitute and appoint this to be my last will and Testament in manner following. IMPRIMIS. I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Elizabeth two negroes Sam and Peg to her and her heirs forever and I do nominate and appoint her sole executrix of this my last will and Testament. Item. I give and bequeath unto my son William and to his heirs two negroes Doctor and Amy and also all my stock and household furniture.
