and Corporation of Alexandria

I, Jonah Thompson, Mayor of the town of Alexandria, do hereby certify and make
known to all whom it may concern, that Elisha C. Dick, and Cathbert Powell are
both magistrates for the County of Alexandria, duly appointed or quallified as
such, and that their certificate, and signature is intitled to full faith and
credit.

IN TETIMONY whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the
Corporation of Alexandria, this tenth day of April 1807.

                 At a Monthly Court of Hustings Continued by Adjournment 
                  & Held for the City of Richmond at the Courthouse on
                          Tuesday the 14th day of April 1807

This INDENTURE was acknowledged by John Hopkins, a party thereto and together
with the commission annexed and the Certificates thereon endorsed, are ordered
to be recorded.
