Daniel James William Powell and Thomas Allen have granted bargained sold aliened and confirmed and by these presents do grant bargain sell alien and confirm unto the said Solomon Walker and John Meals and to their heirs forever one certain tract or parcel of land lying and being on the Hazle mountain in Culpeper County and now in the Occupation of John Meals aforesaid and bounded as followeth Viz Begining at a chestnut and two chestnut oaks on the east side of the said mountain in or near a line of George Roberts and running thence ...... 112 poles to two chestnuts oaks on the side of an almost impassible mountain thence S51? W 60 poles to two chestnuts thence W 32 poles to three chestnuts oaks on a very stony part of the aforesaid mountain thence S 40 poles to two hickorys and a chestnut oak between large clifts of rocks thence E 196 to a chestnut oak and Hickory saplings on the East side of the said mountain in or near the line of the said Roberts thence with or near his line N?3..30”W82 poles to the begining Containing Eighty four acres be the same more or less together with all houses gardens orchards ways waters water courses profits commodities here dilaments and appurtenances whatsoever to the said premises belonging or in any wise appurtaining and the reversion and reversions remainder and remainders rents issues and profits thereof and also all the estate right title interest use trust properly clain or demand whatsoever of them the said Daniel Field, Daniel Field Jun., Dan. James, William Powell and Thomas Allen in and to the said premises and all deeds evidences and willings? touching or in any wise concerning the same to have and to hold the said tract or parcel of land and all singularly other the premises hereby granted and conveyed with their and every of their appurtenances unto the said Solomon Walker and John Meals to their heirs and assigns forever and the said Daniel Fields, Daniel Field Jun., Daniel James, William Powell and Thomas Allen for themselves their heirs Ex’tors and admin. do covenant promise and grant to and with the said Soloman Walker and John Meals their heirs and assigns by these presents that they the said Daniel Field, Daniel Field Jun., Daniel James, William Powell and Thomas Allen as Commissioners acting under the appointment of Henry Field dec’d are siezed in trust of a good sure perfect and is a desirable Estate of inheritance in fee simple in the previous above mentioned and have good form? and authority to sell and dispose of the same as above to the said Solomon Walker and John Meals and that the said premises now are and so forever hereafter shall remain and be free and clear of and from forever gifts grants bargains sales dower right and title of dower Judgements Executions titles troubles charges and incumbrances whatsoever and Lastly that they the said Daniel Field, Daniel Field Jun., Daniel James, William Powell and Thomas Allen all and singular the premises hereby granted and conveyed unto the said Solomon Walker and John Meals their heirs and assigns against them the said Daniel Field Daniel Field Jun. Daniel James William Powell and Thomas Allen or their heirs or against al other persons whatever shall and will warrant and forever defend by these presents. Daniel James Thomas Allen Commissioners of the Estate of Henry Field to Solomon Walker and John Meals together with the receipt endorsed was proved as to Daniel Field, Daniel James & Thomas Allen by the oaths of Phillip Lightfoot, French Strother and Richard Tuit Witness thereto, and ackknowledged by the said Daniel Field Jun. and Ordered to be Recorded Teste John Jameson
