It is ordered that the Sheriff pay the said twelve pounds according to Law out of the present tax. Copy Teste: John Jameson, Clerk Wm. Dillard was a private. I do with the advice of Council hereby certify that Mary Dillard, widow of William Dillard late a private in the Army and died in the service of the United States is allowed the sum of twelve pounds yearly to commence from the first day of January 1794.
