8/16/1750 received of James Williams for 4 yrs.

county of Culpeper. son GEORGE WEATHERALL, loving wife MARGARET to 
receive 1/3. My children SARAH and JOHN. SARAH will be 18 in 1776. John 
is not 18 either yet.

John Wetherall inventory A 323, acct. A 380, Division of Estate B p. 195 
Feb. 17, 1777. Persons receiving one of the three parts are JOHN 
WEATHERAL, JOHN MARSHALL, JAMES LONG.

Will County B p. 162 John WALKER will April 16, 1776. Daughter JENET 
GORE, daughter ELIZABETH, daughter MARY, son BENJAMIN. wife Isabel and 
after her decease to youngest son JOHN WALKER. witnesses OLIVER CLARK, 
REUBEN WASHBURN,MARY CLARK

Will Book B p. 271 Order of Culpeper Ct. dated April 20, 1778 divided 
lands between PETER PRESLEY THORNTON and PRESLEY THORNTON. According to 
will of honorable PRESLEY THORNTON.. upper part of land extending and 
lying on south side of road leading to CHESTER’S GAPP up to JORDAN ‘s 
north line of his lott thence down said line to CARDER ‘s (CARTER ‘s ?) 
Corner... CARDERS line to RIVER being the Division between THORNTON and 
BEVERLEY the upper part being three thousand four hundred acres by 
estimation which lott drawn has fallen to PETER PRESLEY THORNTON and 
remaining approx. 4000 acres to PRESLEY THORNTON. April 23, 1778. Signed 
ANTHONY THORNTON , JOHN STROTHER , THOMAS JORDAN .

County Wills N p. 73 Lawson WALE-Division of land . Cause dated 1831 
Mentions MRS. WALE, the widow of GEORGE WALE. land sold to JOHN WILCHER-
highest bidder. WILCHER was to have had one of the parts. (He was to 
have a partition portion,already. Spelled WILTSHIRE on division)
