Item: I lend to my beloved wife Elizabeth Stinsyfer dureing hur natural lyfe all my tract of land whereon I now live and moveable estate both ryal (real) and personnal. Item: I give my son John Stinesyfer Elder fifty acres of land goining Michell Smith and John Haines and Major William Roan. Item: I give my son Henerccius Stinesyfer fifty acre of land goinning John Haines, John Stinesyfer Elder and William Roan. Item: I give my son Henry Stinesyfer fifty acre of land goinning to Henry Hoofman, Jacob Manspile, William Roan and John Stinesyfer Younger. Item: I give to my four sons and four daughters all my moveable estate to be equally devided.  I do appoint my loving wife Elizabeth Stinesyfer my Executrix and my son John Stinesyfer Elder Executor .
