Item: I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Elizabeth Ward after my just debts (are) paid, all my estate, and further it's my will that my beloved wife Elizabeth Ward shall both receive what she shall find justly due to me as also to pay all my just debts and it's allso my will that shee may indeavour to keep all my deare children togeather & bring (them) up in the feare of God Amen.  And allso appoynt my beloved wife Elizabeth Ward whole and sole Executor of this my Last Will and Testament. AS WITNESS my hand this 2nd day of January Annoqu.
