Item: I give and bequeath to my son John Wharton the lot of lease land whereon I now live but if in case my son John Wharton should die without issue, it is my desire tht my nephew John Wharton should have it and his issue. Item: I give and bequeath to my son John Wharton all and singular my estate real and personal but if in case he should die before he comes to the age of eighteen years, it is my will and desire that his brother Thomas Ammon and his two sisters Margaret and Ann Ammon have it equally divided amongst them and also to their heirs. It is my will and desire that Thomas Stubblefield have the care and management of my son John Wharton till he arrives to the age of twenty one years. I also appoint Thomas Stubblefield and John Harkley Executors of this my Last will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me at any time made. I do hereby acknowledge this my Last Will and Testament.
