Trent and John A. Trent surviving and acting executors of Colo Alexander Trent deceased of the one and Dr. John Trent all of Cumberland County of the other part witnesseth that under the desire of this testators will and for and in consideration of four hundred and sixty five dollars to them paid by Dr. John Trent the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged they have bargained sold and do hereby bargain sell and convey to said Dr. John Trent his hears and assigns forever a certain tract of forty six acres and half of land on the waters of bear creek in the said county beginning at ____ adjoining said Trent and H.
