To my son...?...Martain, 200a (acres) of land whereon he now lives: son, 
Valentine Martain,100a  loining land.

I now dwell; my John Martain, land; daughter, Ester Bond; daughter, Sarah 
Cunningham: daughter, Jane Boatwright; my beloved wife.
