Hatcher and Judith Ann Richardson my grand daughter my land to be equally divided between them as to quantity commencing commencing at Sustin Line and running on the line between Henry Hatcher and and me in the direction of Turkey Cock Creek and thence a direct line to Robert Sanderon line so as to give to each the same quantity the lower half with improvements to Judith Richardson its my wish for Drury to be sold and the money equally divided between my four grandchildren of John H. Richardson the balance of my property of every description I give to sd Judith Ann Ricahrdson its also my wish for Nat H. Scruggs to be my executor. I also wish for my grand daughter Judith Ann Richardson to have the benefit of the rents of all my lands for this year and next if I should die before the expiration. "On motion of Hatcher" continued on 29 Oct 1833, and then finally probated 26 May 1834 after hearing "the testimony of John Holt and Robert Sanderson" which probate was "opposed by Henry Hatch" [no "er"] Will Book 9, p. 197, Inventory of Estate of Theodotia Hatcher dec'd made 15 Aug 1834 [Note in margin says "Dosia Hatcher Inventory"] Lists a small number of items, total $34.
