Burial will follow in the Lakeview Cemetery at Staffordsville, Ky. Mr. Howard, 85, went to join his precious Savior and beloved wife, Ida Mae, on Feb. 13, 2003, at his home after a long illness. Clintwood Funeral Home in Clintwood and Preston Funeral Home in Paintsville, Ky., are in charge of arrangements.
