I, Frenchman O'Quinn, Clerk of the Circuit Court of the County of Dickenson, 
in the State of Virginia, do hereby certify that according to the records of 
my office.....

  TIVIS MULLINS, age 18 color W and ELIZA STONE age 19 color W, were married 
on the 11th day of June, 1903 in Dickenson County, Virginia, by W. J. Hagston 
as appears of the record of Marriage Register No 1 page 32
